Family Assessment (Individual Assignment)

This is an individual assignment. This is the application of family theory as presented in 402 week 3. The assignment emphasizes the family as the client in a community setting. This assignment is graded using the criteria on Appendix C. This is real family assessment that takes place in the home. Early in the semester the student will identify a family to visit at least twice to complete the family genogram, a community ecomap, and all other assessments as described in Appendix C. This is to be done with the family. The Bowen’s Family Systems Theory is applied to this family. The student will create a mutual plan of care with the family. This is shared with peers as an oral PPT presentation. There is no paper associated with this assignment.
