Instructions: Read the supplementary readings for this week. Write a reflection/opinion paper on (Remember your reflection paper has to reflect the information you acquired through reading):
1. Define business ethics (15 pts);
2. Define corporate social responsibility (CSR) (15 pts);
3. What is the purpose of establishing a code of ethics in the organization? (15 pts)
4. Follow the event of Facebook Cambridge Analytic Scandal (there are tons of information on YouTube about it) (10 pts);
5. Watch the video (5 pts);
6. Review Facebook’s code of ethics here: https://investor.fb.com/leadership-and-governance/code-of-conduct/default.aspx, and identify what in the code of ethics has been violated by Facebook (15 pts). If you were a HRD professional, what would you do to remedy the situation and rebuild public’s confidence in Facebook (this week’s readings should be able to shed some light on your action plan) (25 pts)?
Requirements:
1. Font and Size: Times New Romans, size 12;
2. Cite and reference any papers that you read inside and outside the class in APA format to support your opinion.
