2. Proposal (5 points): 200-250 word abstract, consisting of your tentative thesis statement, a brief description of what your argument is, and why it is important. What do you expect your research paper’s conclusion to show? Explain how you intend to conduct your research (library, interviews, surveys, case studies, etc.).
3. Annotated bibliography (10 points): list in alphabetical order, MLA style FIVE research sources. Provide a 100-150 word annotation to each source, explaining in your own words what is useful about that source for your research paper
4. Draft of research paper to peer reviewer: min. 1600 words with highlighted thesis statement and several paragraphs in support of it
5. Revised research paper (25 points): 2200-2400 words excluding Works Cited, MLA, double-spaced, free of typos and errors, with complete Works Cited
6. Oral presentation (7 points): Five-minute PowerPoint presentation on your research paper
