There is an individual component to this process where you will be required to reflect on the
course overall; the various group assignments, activities and presentations that have taken
place during the semester. Ensure you provide an indication of the impact that it has had on
you as an individual but also on the group dynamics in general. The reflection should also
connect your observations to any theories and concepts that have been discussed or covered
in the course, such as: leadership, conflicts, diversity, team culture and team evaluation etc.
