focus. Therefore, there is no standard formatting practices or content expectd. However, the
basic parameters for each journal update should include the following:

 Progress made on locating sufficient sources and what they are.
 Key research accomplishments since the last journal posting.
 What thus far in your research or assignments have changed your mind about the research
subject.
 Any other information you believe important to the overall success of your final project.
