Briefly describe two closed food preparation or processing methods and explain the impact of these methods on the nutritional value of food, based on evidence and how that might negatively or positively influence health.

Choose two foods and develop a brief set of recommendations that would help a consumer select and prepare these foods to retain the highest level of beneficial constituents whilst minimising exposure to potentially harmful substances.

Recommendations can be outlined in table form.
