What are the challenges and opportunities in recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce in business? What are ways that NYC companies work to increase diversity and inclusion in their workforce?
For this assignment,
will need to produce a literature review that will guide the interview that you conduct at the end of the semester. You must identify 1 relevant scholarly article and 1 relevant popular, established media article. This step will provide baseline of the existing literature on your topic; and provide you the opportunity to summarize the major themes from other researchers. You must provide full bibliographic information and a summary of the main ideas of the article as it relates to your topic.
