*I pronoun – avoid using the pronoun I except in the case of the narration paragraph.

A well-written paragraph will include a topic sentence, supporting sentences, and a conclusion sentence.

A well-written paragraph consists of seven to twelve sentences. For each paragraph submission, you must have at least seven sentences. Anything less will result in a three point deduction for each sentence less than seven (e.g. a 5 sentence paragraph will automatically lose 6 points because it does not have at least 7 sentences).

CRITERIA

You
will be successful in this assignment if you produce a well developed,
correctly MLA formatted, and grammatically correct outline and paragraph
discussing the reasons (causes) that many Americans don’t vote.
Specific examples should be given as evidence for the reasons you
discuss.
