Risk Assessment and Management Plan

This short essay contains two parts, please answer each part separately.

Part 1
Based on the “SOMB” project, assess at least 4 potential risks presented by the current event parameters, and determine how you might limit exposure. Make up additional details as needed to determine the risks. For each risk, list whether you will ignore/accept the risk, manage/mitigate the risk, or avoid the risk. Then outline a risk management plan, including each of the items outlined in the chapter note.

For this part, please refer to files “SOMB Introduction” and “Risk Management”. Please remember to address at least 4 potential risks. This part should be around 600-700 words.

Part 2
Talk about an experience you have had at an event in which there was an indident of some kind. Lay out the scenario. If you noticed any kind of remediation, please explain. What would you have done differently?

This part should be around 300 words.
