Step 1： According to the file I give you，the name is “Appendix A: Self-Assessment Survey”. Before I finished the thesis, I had submitted the
completed self-assessment survey for the professor’s review. Therefore, is very important to follow my answer to finish Step 2, Step 3, Step 5)

Step 2：Summarize the key points the authors make in the textbook in these two specific chapters (Chapter 3 and Chapter 4). Share examples and citations to support your statements. ( The textbook “Crucial Accountability” I put into the upload file, about P. 53-83).

Step 3: What does this score mean to you about your ability to hold yourself or others accountable? Discuss. (Look at the file “Appendix A: Self-Assessment Survey” I give you in the upload file).

Step 4: Consider how your MVS shows up in the area of accountability. Include any insights you may have about SDI results and your Crucial Accountability Survey results. ( Please following and read the article I wrote that name is “PAPER #1: Conflict” to answer this question).

Step 5: For each of these 2 accountability areas you wrote about, make 2 recommendations on how you can improve your accountability to yourself and others as you navigate bad behavior and broken promises in your work/home/school/ life relationships.
