What impact the problem has on the organization.

In this assignment, you will be writing a 1-2 page problem synopsis. The key to successfully completing this assignment is to first make your decision on what organizational problem you will be examining. As stated in the introduction, this problem could be related to poor leadership, productivity issues, expense management, efficiency, communication, employee/member morale, vision/mission issues or a combination of several factors. Remember, this will be your ongoing topic throughout the course and will serve as the topic of your capstone project.
In this problem synopsis you will need to address the following points:
Clear and concise, one-sentence statement of what the problem is.
Background of the organization.
Explanation of the problem that exists.
What impact the problem has on the organization.
As a researcher what your hypothesis (opinion) is on what will solve the problem. Do not go deep into solutions. The results of your research in this course will do this. You will at that point determine whether your hypothesis was proven or disproven.

I am simply looking for one sentence that captures the core purpose of your research. For example, if you are examining reduced productivity results during the COVID 19 pandemic, your research question could be: Does working from home have a negative effect on employee productivity at XYZ company?
