You are required to attempt the below questions by evaluating the organization you work or similar organization in UAE.
1. Critically evaluate various innovative strategies the selected organisation which helped them to transform itself to a leading innovative organisation.
2. Critically evaluate how the innovation adopted by the organisation impacted the various stakeholders. While doing this you need to identify all the stake holders related to the organisation and evaluate how each of the innovation positively impacted them. Apply relevant theories and concept discussed in class while answering this question.
3. Investigate highly complex factors organisations face in adopting innovation in its operation and services and propose relevant recommendation to overcome these challenges so that the organisation can transform itself to a leading innovative organisation for increased customer satisfaction.
