Reminders:

Avoid writing that is very broad and vague. (You will get fewer points if you are.) Example of an overly broad statement: “All African Americans are—“. The same thing does not happen to all African Americans in the same way due to differences in class or social status, from wealthy elites to low-income persons.
Since this film analysis is not a personal essay, please do not refer to your own personal or family experiences and do not use “you”, “we”, or “I”.
Avoid text lingo, abbreviations or slang words such as “kids” in the paper. Do not use first names unless you are referring to a character that is only called by their first name in the film/documentary.
