The proposal is for a coffee shop and cafe business named Roasted and Toeasted. This business is aiming for sustainability. Products will be handcrafted espresso/coffee drinks with Ice cream (all flavors) to be used in place of traditional sweetners/creamers; although traditional options will still be available. The toasted part of the cafe name will be based on the artisan grilled cheese sandwhichs we make. We want to offer multiple bread and cheese choices. Some house made recipes and a “build your own” option will be available on the menu.
I compiled all the different instructions for all the different parts of the proposal into a single google doc. I will attach to this order as a PDF document. There are several sections of the paper that should be about 10 pages in length when complete.
