The goal of the persuasive speech is to change the perspectives,
attitudes, and behaviors of an audience. Your job is to take a topic that you
are passionate about, explain its roots, investigate why the problem exist, and
provide a tangible solution that your audience should partake in. What
realistic goals and actions can you inspire your audience to take, to make this
world a better place? Just like the previous speech, all information presented
will be new, will contain 2020 sources (other years are fine too), and will be
