Write thesis regarding the impact of organizational culture on the wellbeing of 911 dispatchers.

I would like some help writing my thesis regarding the impact of organizational culture on the wellbeing of 911 dispatchers. I have all the raw data and most of the literature review written. I need help with the theory section as well as writing up the the findings.

My thesis is in four sections and this is the first. The responses to my four survey questions will be written and published separately. This paper will summarize the findings from Question 1: Please describe the organizational culture in your communications centre.

I have added my draft thesis proposal as a reference. The proposal actually still needs a lot of work in the Theory section. Ugh. Its crucial that the writer read the proposal first before writing the thesis paper (which is really more like a research paper).

This is what I need help with:

1. the raw data in Organizational Culture_Q1_v1 doc to be written properly
2. edit and add to the lit review if necessary
3. write theory section (see proposal doc for my weak attempt at doing so)
4. write discussion and conclusion.
