Are there any overarching themes, which can be discerned across the work?

The book is Privacy in Context: Technology, policy, and the integrity of social life. by Helen Nissenbaum.
I have attached the outline/example provided by my professor. The book review will include a synthesis of the book, which will include the key points of the works and the overall impression. This will be no less than 7-pages (2450 words minimum). This does not mean you need to write a 7-page summary of the book. Rather, you must synthesize the work by addressing four key components (provided below).
In addition to these four sections, you will write two questions. I use these questions to identify themes that inform our unit discussion, which will take place on Blackboard. Think of it this way, if you had an opportunity to ask the author two questions, what would they be?
The Basic Elements You Should Include in Your Review:
I.) What is the main argument(s)/finding(s) made by the author(s) in the book? Briefly and coherently, summarize the main findings/arguments/assumptions in the work.
II.) What are the strengths and weaknesses of the argument(s) made by the author(s)?
III.) Are there any overarching themes, which can be discerned across the work?
IV.) Where do we go from here?
