management process. The case study you select to analyze MUST focus on

Recover from an actual
incident.
NOTE: You may select any level of government or
business to analyze. However, the scope of the case study MUST enable you to
analyze ALL THREE aspects of the emergency management process
identified above.
Your final paper should
include:

Pre-incident situation
Environment surrounding the
issue
Background on the issue and/or
organization involved
Challenges faced
Decision process utilized
Actions taken;
Narrative response to the
following questions, based on your case:
How did the actions and
decisions impact the outcomes?
Was the outcome desired or
expected?
How was the organization
positioned to respond to subsequent issues?
List the strengths and shortcomings
of the emergency management operations / processes.
Identify the actions you would
take to address EACH strength and shortcoming.
Explain your answer, citing
specific examples.
