Human Resource Manager/Director/CHRO/VP Assignment (15%):
Each student will interview a human resource manager, director, or vice president, etc. of their choice. The interview will be submitted as a two- to three-page paper, and will also include a five to ten-minute presentation by each student about the individual’s journey into HRM and their current role in their organization.
Grading will be based on the quality of the finished product. All assignments will be graded based on content, grammar, and adherence to the requirements. In all written assignments, your answers must be clear, concise, cogent, and draw from the text, lecture material, and your own research.
Students should dress in business casual or business professional attire for their presentations.
