4. Evaluate why a key principle of The NMC Code (2018) is for a Nurse or Nursing Associate, to demonstrate competency.
5. Describe how Fitness to Practice relates to the Professionalism of the Nurse or Nursing Associate, making particular links to The NMC Code (2018).
