On page 343 (Ninth Edition, Ethics, Theory and Contemporary Issues, by: MacKinnon Fiala) you will find three “Discussion Cases.” Read each of these cases, and choose one to respond to. Be sure to answer the questions posed by the author as well as the following questions:
1. What are the main issues/concerns as it relates to equality and discrimination that are being presented in this case? (When applicable, be sure to pull terms from the chapter reading, define them, and explain how the term is relevant to the discussion case)
2. What do you think cultural relativism would say about this case?
3. How does that relate to a consequentialist and non-consequentialist perspective?
4. Which view do you find the most moral approach? Why?
