Include a title page that conveys the title of the case study and a photo from the story.
The body (essay portion) of the paper should be 3 pages long.
A main MLA header needs to be either on the title page or the first page of the body.
The main source of information, along with any other sources should be included on a separate “Works Cited” page. These are required to be in the MLA format.
3) The paper should address the Scope of Work (key factors) shown below, as applicable:
Which case study did you choose and why did you choose it?
Where and when did the decline happen?
What caused the ecosystem to decline?
In which kind of biome or aquatic system did the decline occur (as covered in Chapters 4 and 12, respectively)?
What were a few of the key issues that needed to be addressed?
What was done to return it to a balanced state?
How long did restoration take?
What costs or savings were associated with the turn-around?
What kind of obstacles did/has the community encountered to complete the restoration?
How will the restoration promote the viability of an Ecosystem Service (as covered in Chapters 2 and 5), support environmental and economic sustainability and benefit the community in the future?
Can the restoration project be used as a model for other regions? Why? What benefit would be provided if more regions followed that model?
What is your overall conclusion of the value of such an effort?
