For Assignment 3, you will plan a instructional or non-instructional intervention design for a performance problem that you see in your own organization. The report based on readings or other references.
I encourage you to work on a problem you provided in Assignment 2. But, you can use the problem in your current environment, too.

For this assignment, you will plan an instructional or non-instructional intervention for improving a current performance problem.
Selecting a Performance Problem to Work With
Complete the following steps to plan your intervention:
1. Describe a performance intervention which you feel would solve the problem. You can use Mager and Pipe’s model to determine solutions to your performance problems.
2. Select two social media to create two interventions (One is Instructional and The Other One is Non-instructional) and explain how these two interventions can improve the performance.
NOTES: The current Top 6 social media sites/apps are Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Pinterest.
3. Provided the link/screenshots of the social media you created in word document.
4. The report should be a 2-3 page.
5. The report should contain your name, course information, assignment title, well-formatting and follow APA style.
