**As you reflect on chapter 15 on the Freedom of Information Act, please also consider the information from AP reported Ted Bridis who has investigated and criticized the actual response of the federal government to requests of individuals for information. After reading your text and reading and watching Bridis’ arguments about the federal government’s actions concerning FOIA under the Obama administration and the Trump administration, and consider whether or not it is troubling to you that the federal government has fulfilled fewer FOIA requests in recent years requested by citizens? Do you perceive this to be problematic or not from a communication and ethical standpoint?
Please make sure that you reference your textbook and Mr. Bridis’ writings (to reveal to me that you have adequately read and considered his arguments). Please write a well-articulated 1,000 (at a minimum) word response to the perception that the federal government was not as open as it claimed to be.
