Using the organization of choice to analyze its 5 building blocks based on the Business Canvas Model. Students must include Building Block ‘Value Proposition’ in the paper along with other 4 building blocks at their choice. Students are required to analyze the 5 building blocks of the chosen company with specific examples to support the paper. The paper should be supported by both research findings and student’s own perspectives on the organization. You can choose any company but NOT the company (Nongfu Spring) you did your group presentation.
Total are 9 building blocks in the textbook, from page 22 to 49.
One building block should be about one page long.
