Does the student explain how the evidence helps to support the claims made in the paper?

The two rough drafts are attached for the peer review assignment and the assignment rubric. Each draft is 1 page because they are seperateassignments.
Most peer reviews are being posted as the example attached.

Instructions:
Step 1: Review two seperate peer papers. Read over your peers’ papers two times.
Step 2: Answer these peer review questions:
What did you think when you first saw the title? Is it interesting? informative? Appropriate? Will it attract other readers’ attention?
Does the BEGINNING grab your attention as a reader? If so, how does it do so? Does it give enough information about the topic? Offer necessary background information? How else might the piece begin?
Is there a clear thesis? What is it?
Evaluate the body paragraphs in the paper. Are they all working in support of the thesis? Are there clear topic sentences? Is there evidence? Does the student explain how the evidence helps to support the claims made in the paper? Is the student analyzing? (This is not just a paper where students summarize. You need to analyze the texts.)
Does the text have a clear pattern of organization? Does each part relate to the thesis? Does each part follow from the one preceding it? Was the text easy to follow? How might the organization be improved?
What thoughts about the topic did you have while reading the paper? How else might the piece end?
Lastly, give suggestions for any MLA style errors you spot.
Step 3: Consider the feedback you receive on your own draft and revise it to the best of your ability. It would be great if you also submit the draft early enough to the Writing Center for tutor’s assistance.
Step 4: Finally, submit your finalized draft during week five in a Word document or pdf.
