in the nonprofit sector uniquely qualified to answer questions about servant
leadership in the nonprofit sector, providing insight into questions related to
the main research question, sub-questions, while also offering insight proving
or disproving the three hypotheses. Provide an interview report summarizing

The Servant Leadership Impact: Beyond cliches, providing practical
insights for the nonprofit sector.

Project Objective:
The purpose of my project is to explore the effects of servant
leadership through an individual and organizational framework, seeking to
highlight practical implications to help individuals and organizations in the nonprofit
sector. This project will test theories and assumptions from literature by
comparing with data collected, primarily through expert interviews. I intend to
utilize a content analysis, incorporating interview data. During my research, I
expect to find characteristics associated with servant leadership at the
individual and organizational levels. I also expect to find commonly identified
benefits associated with servant leadership being practiced at the individual
and organizational levels.

Main Research Question:
How can servant leadership make an impact on the nonprofit sector
from an organizational and individual perspective?

Sub Question 1:
What models or methods best promote servant leadership within
an organization at the individual level?

Sub Question 2:
What strategies are effective to foster an organizational culture
of servant leadership?

Hypotheses:

Hypotheses 1:
A nonprofit organization effectively practicing servant leadership
fosters more positive relationships with stakeholders.

Hypotheses 2:
A nonprofit organization with servant leadership mentoring practices
or programs increase participants’ sense of belonging in their organization.

Hypotheses 3:
Servant leadership mentoring within a nonprofit organization
improves capacity for succession planning.

Typology:
This project will focus on a comparative analysis of information
collected via a literature review and will incorporate responses from
interviews conducted with experts in the field of servant leadership.
