Prepare a 10- to 15-slide preliminary
presentation, such as a Microsoft® PowerPoint®, for the organization’s senior leadership in which you do the
following:

Explain the findings
and recommendations regarding the performance issue from Weeks 3, 4, and 5.
·
Identify important
factors that determine the success or failure of change efforts.
·
Include a discussion
surrounding the ethics of organizational assessment.
·
Provide analysis of
the issue from the leadership and the follower perspectives.
·
Provide
recommendations and options to improve performance.
The presentation
should take about 10-15 minutes to present in a boardroom. Be sure to include
appropriate media to support your presentation. You may prepare with speaker
notes. These slides are visual aids only.
In Week 8 you will
prepare a comprehensive paper to accompany this presentation. Use this
presentation and feedback from your instructor to improve the Week 8 Consulting
Report and Final Presentation.
