is one of the required sources of information. This assignment will help you to evaluate your chosen career path and demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the profession.
Criteria for content
Introduction includes general comments on the field of HIM.
The paper must include a narrative description of the student’s chosen career path and timeline, including job titles and responsibilities as well as compensation for your geographic region.

Three sources must be used for the research, with AHIMA career map as a required resource.
Title page, body of paper, conclusion, and reference page must follow APA guidelines. This includes the use of headings for each section or topic of the paper, double spaced format and 12 point font.
Ideas and information that come from readings must be cited and referenced correctly.
Rules of grammar, spelling, word usage, and punctuation are followed.
