Your research paper should be made up of 5 pages of your actual RESEARCH, and your title page and reference page DO NOT count toward those 5 pages

Your citations are VERY IMPORTANT to your research paper. All of your information in your paper should be coming from your sources and, unlike your discussion forums, you should NOT be giving your personal opinions of the topic. Please make sure that you cite OFTEN to make sure that I can tell where all of your information is coming from. Do not be afraid that you are citing your sources “too much”… it is better to have citations when you don’t necessarily need them than to not have them where you need them. As a general guideline, if you’re reading a passage and it is not clear about where the information came from… CITE!
In APA style, a citation consist of: a.) the author’s last name(s) and year of citation OR b.) the agency name and year of citation (if no author names are available). Phrases like “He said,” “the researchers found,” and “the article also claimed” are NOT citations.
REMEMBER: All sources that you cite in your paper should be listed on your reference page. All sources on your reference page should be cited in your paper.
Reference Page: Your reference page should be in APA style and must include ALL sources that you used for your paper. Make sure that you give FULL REFERENCES (ie author name, article name, source name, etc.) and not just links. You need to have A MINIMUM of five sources, but you are, of course, free to use more, if you like.

A minimum of five scholarly (peer reviewed) journal articles must be used to research the information for the paper.
