Do you think the use of technology in education is ethical?

This is an open personal essay about demonstrating deep thought about course material (issues and topics) and the implication in practice in a classroom as a teacher. It needs to be 5 pages and the deadline is on Friday June 23rd by 7pm MST, in 3 days.

Below are links and sources, this is the course material you will use to base the essay off of. I also uploaded a file containing journal entries that I have written about based on course content and applications, hopefully it can help you get a better understanding of what I am looking for, but the main information should come from the ‘necessary information’ below.

Here are some guiding questions to help facilitate what the essay should be about and address:
-Do you think the use of technology in education is ethical?
Circumstances where it becomes more ethical? Less ethical?
-How did the course materials inform your understanding of
the technologies that you use everyday? Google, home smart devices, social
media?
-what significant ideas will you take away and how will these
ideas inform your understanding of teaching with technology?
-How do you think your students interactions with
technologies will impact their future learning?
-by using technology in the classroom our educators
sensitizing students towards technology?
-What are your thoughts about how and why educators are
mandating students to interact with technology?
-Do you feel a moral obligation to help your students develop
a philosophy of technology? How would you do so?
-What does a balanced use of technology look like?
