ADKAR Model change management

According to your learning experience in the class, develop a
framework using ADKAR Model that includes the change management steps (Concrete
Experience, Reflective Observation, Abstract Conceptualization and active
Experimentation). ADKAR has developed A complete change management in this view
begins with a concrete experience of the world, which is then reflected on
internally, which in turn leads to abstract conceptualization leading to active
experimentation. This then leads to further concrete experiences which are then
