Summary

Critique
In 2-3 paragraphs, explain how this article impacted your understanding of the research topic Cite sources.
How this article reinforce or contradict the reading and discussion you have been exposed to thus far on this topic? Cite sources.
Application
In two to three paragraphs discuss how you will apply what you’ve learned from the article. Do you believe the article will change the way you approach a situation, project, or discussion related to this topic at work?
APA Formatting
· Use proper APA formatting for references and citations. Remember, the reference for the article being reviewed must be included at the beginning of the review. Include a reference list at the end of the review for any other works cited.

Identify and explain the purpose of the article. Define terms. Demonstrate an understanding of the topic and compare and contrast it with other sources (3-4 sources). Apply the topic. Cite sources. Include a reference list for other works cited. Check APA formatting.
