For this assignment, you will perform and submit a mini option analysis for CLS. A mini-options analysis is a
150 word statement including your Definition of Success and Critical Issues plus
300-word option analysis with
one page of exhibits and
unlimited pages of bibliography

Write up of the ONE option you are recommending
The exhibit of your mini-option analysis must include:
A table that summarizes your analysis of every option in CLS
Though you may format this table as you see fit, it might look something like the following.

Forecast of potential
(profits, ROI etc. as appropriate)
Decision criteria
(How well does the option perform against them)
One line for each criterion

To obtain a passing grade in this assignment, you must complete a full and satisfactory analysis of every option presented in the case and include it in this table. As discussed throughout this course, a full analysis of an option means you have provided an answer to all five of the following questions:
How much does the option cost?
What is the potential of the option that you forecast (profits, ROI etc.)?
How well does the option meet decision criteria?
How well does the option resolve the critical issues?
What are the risks of your analysis?
