Students can reflect three themes as follows
1.inadequate staffing
2.meeting the educational needs of the patients and families
3.Ethical issues inpatient care.
studens must follow GIBB’S CYCLE when they are writing their reflective journals.
In the journal ,students will also identify their clinical objectives to achieve an understanding of an advanced level of nursing practice. These objectives should be clearly stated in the introduction of the journal. Students will evaluate the achievement of the objectives and critically analyse and reflect on the experiences of their practice based on current literature.
Assessment Criteria
.select at least six literature/research articles that provide the strongest evidence for your topic.Your articles must be not less than 10 years old.

Information cited from unreliable websites,pamphlets or magazines is not acceptable for this paper.
Running head and General tittle should be different.

you can give General introduction ,Introduce what is reflection,Why it is important, Include smart goals. Briefly describe your scenarios (inadequate staffing, meeting the educational needs of the patients and families, ethical issues in inpatient care),Write your plan for the assignment.

Reflective Journal one.
First reflective Journal has one issue(366)words
Then write Description:Brief description of the scenario (you will get information from Gibbs cycle about description, feelings,evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan)
After description you can write feelings:explain feelings related to you,your patient,your scenario (more information refer GIBB’S CYCLE)
Then Evaluation :What was the good and bad about the incident (please refer GIBB’S CYCLE).
Then Analysis : (200) Include all relevant literature here. Integrate your scenario to relevant literature. This should be lengthy .(refer GIBB’S CYCLE)
Then conclusion :Summary of the event: (it should be related to the analysis ,means result of analysis).refer GIBB’S CYCLE.
Last one Action plan: What you are going to do if the same situation arises again.it should be specific.(refer GIBB’S CYCLE)
like this you have to write next two reflective journals. the same pattern mentioned above.
after writing 3 reflective journal have to write
General Conclusion (200words) in that you can include statement of what has been demonstrated, summary of paragraphs, sentence linking content to introduction, sentences highlighting implications.
