ASSIGNMENT DIRECTIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Write a 4-6 sentence (150 words required) summary of the section “The Pantheon” (Sayre 206-208). Your summary will be one paragraph entirely in your own words.
Your paragraph must have an appropriate topic sentence, supporting detail sentences, and a conclusion sentence. See below for more information.
You must include in-text citations according to proper MLA format, which should look like the following: (Sayre 210). These do not count toward the required word count. You will have one for each sentence because you must provide a citation for each piece of information you use. After the first citation – (Sayre 210) – you may simply use the page number for the following ones – (216) – because there is no other source in between.
You must have a works cited section with a citation for the textbook in proper MLA format. See below for more information.
