AIG Global Entry Level Manager Salary Study
AIG Global is studying the level of the salary with the entry-level of the manager position in its branch in the world. (All salaries are converted to US current dollar term) The first study is to see the years of experience and salary for individuals employed inside and outside sales positions make any difference in their salary. Each branch HR is asked to specify the past positions and one of three levels of years of experience: low (1–10 years), medium (11–20 years), and high (21 or more years). The complete data set, consisting of 126 employees, is contained in the data file: AIGSalary.
The purpose of this research is to see if there are any significant differences in salary due to position, years of experience, and interaction. Your report also should include the data table you organized and any ANOVA output if you used it. You can use your MIS 1000 excel skill to organize the data you need. (Custom sorting & filtering will be useful) Also, the tests should be shown using appropriate hypotheses. By properly organizing data first, you will able to use the Megasta ANOVA function to bring your ANOVA output to do the ANOVA test. All supporting tests and output can be in the body of your report or as appendices.
