Overview
The Liberty Hope Foundation (LHF) is a small nonprofit organization founded in 2010. The organization helps families of children with disabilities combat social stigmas, ease their financial burden, and find emotional support. In order to continue to serve the needs of the families they support, LHF wants to build a brand-new, state-of-the-art medical facility and community center to complement and expand on the services they currently provide. This facility will provide care for young adults over the age of 21 who are transitioning out of pediatric care. In order to build this facility, LHF is launching a capital campaign. The goal is to raise $5 million in 12 months in order to start construction on the new facility. To officially kick off the capital campaign, they are planning to hold a major launch event this time next year.

Project Budget
Project Resources: Using your project timeline as a guide, list all of the resources with an associated cost for the project to serve as the items for your project budget.
Estimated Costs: Calculate the associated costs for each item listed in your budget and the estimated total cost for the project.
Unexpected Expenses: Describe the types of unexpected expenses you may run into throughout the project and how you intend to cover these costs based on your current budget’s contingency fund.
