research paper but no primary sources because of Corona. My lecturer wants secondary sources with appropriate citations (no earlier than 2015). I write everything in detail please do

concept of sustainable development in hotel industry, SDG goals, Basic theories
and concepts in terms of energy efficiency and waste management and how
important are they in hotel life?
Brief Intro to the chosen business & their green
concept
-How much
money does the business have? If it is single owned or franchised? When it is
built? Renovated?
-Intro of
sustainable practices And interpret location as well, age of the building and
refurbishment.
-Is the
business in the linear or circular economy? Recycling?
-Measure
your company standards, and compare the region’s (california) plastic used rules to EU.
-Research
and indicate California’s environmental rules and regulations for hotels
-Which
hotel’s practices meet the SDG goals.

LEED certification

-what is leed? What are requirements to be leed certified,
brief details about LEED and why is it better than other systems. How long does
the LEED certificate last In which parts does the chosen business need to be
improved in order to reach another LEED level from GOLDLEED that they have
already purchased?
Methodology (can check the sample)
We don’t
really need to do the primary research, but we have to describe how are we
going to do it and research tools and data collecting methods but no findings
and results.
Qualitative
method, semi-structured, research questions: link to literature review (e.g. if u stated
that LEED certificate is the best certification for energy efficiency in the
literature review), for that we can create a research question of how important
is LEED certificate for your organization and why?
Conclusion
–
Well-argued/supported, neutral conclusions & recommendations and discussed
for the property/business, is the business a good example for sustainability or
they need to improve more? (Link to the
objectives/ research questions, Literature review)
References must
be academic sources and they have to be UP-TO-DATE (The year must be 2015-2021)
