drunk driving

Is my paper at least 4 1/2 pages, not 4, but I have reached 4 1/2 pages for it be substantial.
Did I use formal language (avoiding contractions, the use of first or second person and personal anecdotes)?
Is my thesis statement clearly stated, preferably at the end of the introduction, and did it reflect a clear position on my topic?
Are generalizations and opinions supported by specific details?
Did I bring up the opposition’s viewpoints and refuted them with counter arguments of my own?
When I used source material, did I introduce the quotations I used in a signal phrase?
Did I add an in-text citation each time I used a source?
Did I cross-reference my sources correctly? All citations should have an entry in the Works Cited page.
Did I include excessive quotations; is too much of my paper quoted material, or am I including irrelevant information? (I know not to do this! The amount of quotations should not exceed 24% or so of my total essay or it will be flagged as plagiarism).
Have I looked at the sample paper provided in BBL? Are all the details, including dating in my reference entries, spacing, indentation etc. correct?
Did I assemble my References page correctly? I should remember that organizations, such as World Health Organization and Pew Research Center are listed as authors. Did I alphabetize the entries?
Is my paper formatted correctly based on the Formatting and Typing Guidelines provided?
