Research periodicals, trade journals, and websites to select an organization of your choice (e.g., a company, a brand, a government agency, a non-government organization, or some other group) and describe their organizational culture. Evaluate which type(s) of leaders would thrive in this culture and which might struggle, and explain why.
Additionally, describe a recent transformation that impacted that organization and the thoughts that may have been occurring to its leaders during these events. How intentional do you think the change was? What might have they been hoping to achieve or to avoid?
Lastly, describe a brand, company, or other organization that you intentionally avoid, and explain how they would have to change for you to love them (e.g., invest in them, work for them, do business with them, wear their logo, sing their motto happily, etc.). How might this organization learn from the other you researched?
