choice of your unusual hotel to Week 5 Dropbox. You are required to
visit the website of the hotel and create a PowerPoint or Prezi
presentation on this unusual hotel. Be sure to answer the following
questions:
• The location of the hotel.
• What type of
establishment is this? (Form of ownership – independent or chain; name
of owner(s); the type of guests who will stay there; and the rating of
hotel if possible.
• The features of the lodging site (How many guest
rooms, type of guest rooms and room rates; restaurants – how many and
what type of food is served; what type of activities are available for
guests at the hotel – gym, shopping etc, excursions offered by the hotel
to other attractions at the destination.
• Most importantly, explain why your property is unique.
