You need to create a net zero carbon neighborhood with future home standarts and sustaniable energy sources (also need some more think for example, using a drone as a courier or just allow to permit electrical car etc)
I will provide couple of document for the idea but I will need also matlab or excell use for graphic ,carbon footprint calculations , etc.(I don’t want to copy paste things for that )
