Our text discusses mobile devices. Many mobile devices relay on 802.11 for transmitting data (try searching for “wifi offload” for more information); as such, a list of SSIDs to which a device has been connected is something an investigator may care about.
1) Why would this information be interesting to a forensics investigator?

2) Assuming a forensics investigator can only elicit a list of SSIDs instead of BSSIDs, is this a problem?
