Discuss populations and social determinants of health that impact your topic, barriers to improving clients’ health status, and factors that promote client health
Discuss public programs and prevention strategies targeted to the client’s health in the community – primary, secondary, and tertiary activities
Discuss the development of the teaching plan you created including an evaluation of your teaching plan if you think it will be effective.
