For this assignment, choose a diversity challenge today’s organization is facing. The organization is the United States Army and the challenge is preventing harassment and eliminating discrimination.
Provide the history of the group/diversity issue you have chosen; include additional research.
Discuss why this issue is a challenge to an organization; include additional research on the issue.
Address Course Learning Outcomes 1-7 in your paper. Outcome 8 may also apply if you’re taking a global perspective. The Learning Outcomes are listed below.

3. Differentiate among the myths and realities of diversity.

6.summarize the characteristics of an inclusive organizational culture.
7. Evaluate the organizational benefits of diversity and inclusion.

Provide a solution you would recommend to the organization and support your rationale for your solution. This should be an actionable solution.
