RESEARCH/ ANALYSIS PAPER QUESTIONS
Please research and review the Affordable Care Act and Patient Protection Act. Upon completion of your research and review, provide an analysis of the following items:
1. What is the key element of each Act? Provide a complete and detailed description of the key elements.
2. Provide the section of the Act the key elements is located in.
3. How does the key element apply to patients and medical personnel.
4. Provide recent case law that discusses and analyze the key element and provide a discussion of whether you agree or disagree with the Court’s holding.
