with onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. For this case analysis, include the
following:
Zoom founder and CEO, Eric Yuan, has a particular leadership
approach for motivating high performance of staff and employees at Zoom.
What is this approach and why do you think this has contributed to the
high level of satisfaction including: #2 Best Place to Work, 98% CEO
approval and 85% employee reporting as “happy” in their work at Zoom?
Perform an expanded and detailed SWOT analysis on Zoom.

leveraged its strengths during the Pandemic to achieve success?
