Assess Troy’s behavior for adherence to and/or violations of Code 8.0: Public Statements. Discuss the codes to which he is adhering and those that he is violating and explain the behaviors in which he is engaging that support your assessment. How might Troy correct any violations in order to return to compliance with the Code?
Discussion 2:
Discuss the formation and mission of The Code of Ethics for Behavioral Organizations, i.e., COEBA. After putting together his business plan, Jeremy decides that it would be a boon to his company to be accredited by COEBA. He submits documents for COEBA consideration. Acting as a representative of COEBA, determine whether Jeremy’s company is in compliance with COEBA’s ethical codes. Explain your determination by listing the codes to which the company is compliant and those to which the company is non-compliant. Explain any violations of COABA’s codes and fashion a letter to Jeremy explaining your decision.
