Onboarding
First, to familiarize yourself with this week’s topic, please read the assigned resources for this week and the module lecture and ensure that you have watched the module videos.
Then answer the following:
Discuss what components should be addressed in a new employee orientation program?
Why is it important for employees to be engaged during the onboarding process?
In terms of onboarding, what is the socialization process, and why is it important?
Submission Requirements:
Your initial posting should be well-researched, be at least 300 words, and must be submitted by Thursday, midnight (MT), of this week. Your initial post must conform to APA guidelines in the CSU Global Writing Center (Links to an external site.) and include at least one scholarly reference from the course materials. The two reply posts to your fellow students must be similarly substantive in a manner that address two of the following bullets:
Answer a question (in detail) posted by another student or the instructor
Provide extensive additional information on the topic

Provide an outside source (for example, a website) that applies to the topic, along with additional information about the topic or the source (please cite properly in APA)
